That is indeed a wonderfull revolutionary idea, but in current conditions it will became just a reckless desperate act of suicide - just think what will happen, when the capitalist law enforcement services will arrive
To do this, we need a lot of people and a lot of guns. And of cource a powerfull leader, like Lenin or Mao Zedong. Even if we would take care of police and anti-riot forces the autorities will call for the armed forces (M1A2 Abramses, F-15Es, AH-64 Apaches and other nasty stuff like that). So to storm the CN office and take control over it for long time there must be at least 100 000 - 450 000 men armed with AK-47s and RPG-7s (best thing against Abramses and attack helicopters). And also we must have support from reliable allies (CPUSA won't help, because since 1991 they had become too "liberal")
